Permohonan Rumah Mesra Rakyat 1Malaysia RMR1M
Baiklah, hari ni saya nak kongsi bersama bagaimana anda boleh mendapatkan rumah (RMR1M).Dibawah juga terdapat link untuk memohon. Selamat memohon. semoga dapat membantu.

Syarikat Perumahan Negara Berhad (SPNB) menetapkan empat kriteria utama untuk melayakkan seseorang memohon subsidi perumahan di bawah program Rumah Mesra Rakyat 1Malaysia (RMR1M).

1)  Mempunyai pendapatan seisi rumah di bawah RM3,000
2)  Memiliki tanah sendiri
3)  Sudah berkahwin
4)  Tidak pernah memiliki rumah sendiri sebelum ini.

Kerajaan akan menyediakan subsidi antara RM15,000 dan RM20,000 bagi membolehkan rakyat membeli rumah mampu milik.

SPNB akan membina tiga jenis rumah mampu milik dengan tiga bilik tidur berharga 

1) RM65,000
2) RM55,000 
3) RM45,000.

Contohnya kalau beli rumah berharga RM65,000 akan diberi subsidi RM20,000 maka jumlah pembiayaan rumah itu hanya RM45,000. Sekiranya membeli rumah berharga RM55,000 akan diberi subsidi RM17,500 manakala untuk rumah berharga RM45,000 akan diberi subsidi RM15,000 maka harga asal rumah akan ditolak dengan jumlah subsidi untuk memohon pembiayaan.

Senarai Projek Rumah Mampu Milik 2016: Melalui pembentangan Bajet 2016, peluang untuk memiliki rumah sendiri menerusi pelbagai skim dan projek perumahanan mampu milik daripada kerajaan dan juga GLC untuk tahun 2016 semakin bertambah.

Rebutlah peluang ini dan dapatkan maklumat mengenainya secepat mungkin sebelum terlambat.

Bagi Permohonan Online Rumah Mesra Rakyat 1 Malaysia (RMR1M), anda kini boleh membuat permohonan secara online.
Syarat umum permohonan RMR1M
  • Warganegara Malaysia.
  • Pemohon mestilah berumur di antara 18 hingga 60 tahun.
  • Berkahwin atau Ibu/bapa tunggal yang mempunyai tanggungan.
  • Pendapatan kasar seisi rumah antara RM750-RM3,000 sebulan.
  • Tidak mempunyai rumah sendiri atau mempunyai rumah yang usang atau tidak sempurna.
  • Mempunyai tanah atau tapak yang bersesuaian dan tiada sekatan atau cagaran ke atasnya.
  • Tapak keluasan minimum 2,800kps/3,200kps/3,600kps.
  • Tertakluk kepada pinjaman bank.
